The CONFIRM consortium consists of 10 partners combining their experience in forest fire danger estimation, earth observation, weather forecasting, forest management, fire management and machine learning. The unique structure of the project brings scientists and stakeholders together to address the problem of fire danger forecasting in mountain regions.
